Rouben Galchian posted the map of Black Lake in Syunik:
This is the map of Sev Lij (Black Lake) approved in 1929 and 1969 by Soviet Azerbaijan and Soviet Armenia. About sixth of the lake is in Azeri hands. and the main part is in Armenia.
The present maps shown by Azerbaijan shows distorted border lines, which includes all of the lakes as well as the surrounding areas, which does match with the agreed borders.
