If Azerbaijan demands to have “enclaves” back, they should be reminded that they have officially declared that their predecessors are the Republic of Azerbaijan of 1918-1920 and not the Socialist Azerbaijan.
They should be reminded that at the time there were no Azeri enclaves in Armenia and Nakhijevan was part of Armenia. Also the Al Lakes and Artvashen were parts of Armenia and so were many other areas illegally appropriated by them between 1925 and 1940. These are marked in green on the attached map.
